Making a Return

Return by mail. Please use the original shipping box and packing materials. For your convenience a return form has been provided. Simply follow the instructions on the return form. Your package will be returned to us via ACS in short period of time. All return, credit and/or exchange requests sent via mail must be made within 15 days of order receipt. Items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return.

We will issue a refund for the original amount paid on the merchandise returned, excluding the shipping and handling fee unless we have made an error with your order.

Refunds will be issued on merchandise returned within 15 days of the initial purchase.

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the return / exchange form. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon completion of the return processing.
